The service
iframe.app offers a catalog of embeddable items (games, tools, AI tools) and the code, statistics and controls to put them in your pages. It is in a free, invitation-only beta.
Your account and key
- Your licence key is the password to your account. Keep it on your own server or in a password manager, never in a web page. If it leaks, replace it in the console straight away.
- Your public id is not a secret; it is meant to be in your pages.
- Give a real contact we can reach you at; we use it for important changes to your account.
How you may use items
- Embed items only on the domains in your account.
- Show items as they are: don’t remove or cover their branding, credits or links, don’t change their content, and don’t load item files directly around our code.
- Don’t put items on pages that are illegal, fraudulent, sexual, hateful or misleading, and don’t inflate loads with bots.
- Don’t scrape the catalog or item files, and don’t attack or disrupt the service.
Who owns the items
Items belong to their makers. Some are made and hosted by iframe.app; others come from other makers, and we provide the frame and the statistics around them. Using an item gives you no rights to it beyond showing it. When a maker asks for an item to be taken down, we do so and, where we can, show a similar item instead.
Beta
Items, limits and features may change during the beta; we tell you in advance, through the contact you gave, about changes that affect how you use it. The service is provided as is: we work to keep it running but cannot promise it never stops, and are not liable for indirect losses from outages or item problems.
Closing accounts
We may disable the key and embeds of an account that breaks these terms (spam pages, fake loads, scraping, attacks). You may stop at any time; tell us and we delete your account details.
Contact
During the beta, reach us through the channel your invite came from. When these terms change, the date on this page changes; big changes are announced. See also privacy.
